How to enter NCK code in LG phones?

Also known as

  • Procedure of entering NCK code in LG mobile phones / mobilephones
  • Enter NCK password in LG electronics cell phone / cellphones / handsets
  • Enter unlock code in LG phones

Notes

  • Some phones requires accepted SIM card in phone
  • If the NCK code is only 6 or 7 characters long instead of 8, put '0' or '00' before the NCK to make it 8 characters long.

What is needed?

  • LG mobile phones
  • SIM card may needed

Procedures of entering NCK code in LG phones

General procedure #1

  1. Insert a SIM card in phone which is not accepted.
  2. You may have to select "unlock"
  3. The LG phone will ask for the NCK code.

General procedure #2

  1. Turn on phone with an accepted (allowed) SIM card. (Or try without SIM card.)
  2. Enter this code: 2945#*code# or 1945#*code# where "code" is the numbers from the name of the phone (sometimes add 1). For example: if You have C2200 then the code is 2200 or 2201, so the complete code is: 2945#*2201# (or 2945#*2200#) if You have a C3310, the code is: 2945#*3311#. Please note nothing will happen after entering the code, except a new menu will appear in Settings>Security>network provider.
  3. Go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Network Provider" then select "Deactivate".
  4. Now enter NCK code, then press OK.
  5. If the right NCK was entered, the phone is unlocked.

  1. Insert a SIM card which is not accepted by phone.
  2. Turn ON phone. Phon will alert "Insert correct SIM card" or "Phone restricted" or "Invalid Smart Chip" etc...
  3. Now press "Unlock" or "Cancel".
  4. Click on item "Network lock".
  5. Enter NCK code.
  6. Now phone is unlocked.

KU990 KE990

  1. Turn on phone without SIM
  2. Press and hold the "camera" button and the "lock" button to access the keypad.
  3. Enter 2945#*990#
  4. Unlock menu will appear, select unlock SIM.
  5. Enter NCK when asked then press OK.
  6. Phone will be restart.
  7. Now the phone is unlocked.

KF600

  1. Turn ON phone with SIM which is not accepted,
  2. Press "Unlock" button
  3. Phone will ask "Enter password"
  4. Enter the 8-digit NCK code, then press "OK"
  5. "Correct SIM lock password entered..." will appear.
  6. Now the phone is unlocked.

KF600

  1. Turn ON phone with SIM card which is accepted.
  2. Press 2945#*71001# then phone will ask "Enter password".
  3. Enter the 8-digit NCK code.
  4. Now the phone is unlocked.

KM900

  1. Turn ON phone without SIM card.
  2. Press 2945#*71001# then select "Network Lock".
  3. Enter the 16-digit NCK code.
  4. Now the phone is unlocked.

GB250 GD330 GW520

  1. Turn ON phone without SIM.
  2. Press 2945#*71001# then a menu appear.
  3. Select "Unlock SIM"
  4. Then select "Network Lock", phone will warn You that NCK could be entered 10 times. Press "Yes"
  5. Enter 8-digit NCK code. Then press OK.
  6. Now the phone is unlocked.

GC900 GT360 GT810 KC550 KP230 KP270 KP500 KP501 KP502 KM500 KS360

  1. Turn ON phone with SIM card which is accepted. (Or without SIM card.)
  2. Press 2945#*71001# then a menu appear.
  3. Select "Unlock SIM"
  4. Then select "Network Lock", phone will warn You that NCK could be entered 10 times. Press "Yes"
  5. Enter 8-digit NCK code. Then press OK.
  6. Now the phone is unlocked.

TE365

  1. Turn ON phone with accepted SIM card.
  2. Enter *#0001#NCK code#
  3. Now phone is unlocked.

CU320

  1. Powe ON phone.
  2. Enter 277634#*#
  3. Enter SIM unlock code.
  4. Go to "SIM Test" menu.
  5. Enter 2945#*#
  6. Go to "SIM Unlock" menu
  7. Enter NCK code.
  8. Phone is unlocked now.

KG120

  1. Insert an accepted SIM card in phone.
  2. Turn ON phone.
  3. Go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Security" -> "Unlock SIM" -> "Deactivate".
  4. Enter NCK
  5. Phone is unlocked now.

U8210

  1. Insert a non-accepted SIM card in phone.
  2. Turn ON phone.
  3. Enter 277634#*# code to go to Test Mode menu.
  4. Select SIM test menu.
  5. Enter 2945#*#
  6. Select SIM Unlock menu
  7. Phone will ask for NCK, enter it.
  8. Now phone is unlocked.

Possible error messages

Your phone is not personalised 
The phone is not locked, therefore You can't enter NCK code.
Already Unlocked 
The phone is not locked, therefore You can't enter NCK code.
