Notes[edit]

  • This procedure will not erase any user data from phone.

Restart procedure[edit]

  • Press and hold the power on button for 10 seconds
  • The mobile phone's screen will turn black (the phone is off)
  • Release the power button
  • You can turn on the phone now.
