Procedure of reseting Nokia Lumia 800 mobile phone.

Also known as[edit]

  • Nokia Lumia 800 Sea Ray master reset / erase
  • Nokia Lumia800 SeaRay hard reset / format

Notes[edit]

  • All user data (phonebook, messages, pictures and installed softwares) will be lost!
  • Factory resetting phone may repair phones which have software problems.
  • Preinstalled softwares (Nokia maps etc...) may lost after th reset.

  • These procedures may compatible with all the Windows 7 mobile phones

Factory reset procedure[edit]

Procedure #1[edit]

Notice: The phone should be turned on, and the lock code should be known!

  • Go to Settings > About > Reset Your phone (lock code will be asked)

Procedure #2[edit]

Notice: Lock code will not be asked.

  1. Turn off phone
  2. Press and hold the "volume down", "power" and "camera" buttons.
  3. When the phone vibrates release the "power button".
  4. Hold the "volume down" and "camera" buttons for more 5 secs then release them.
  5. Phone will reset and turn on.
