flashing, Nokia 808 software malfunction[edit]

Hi all I accidentally damaged my Nokia 808 and the warranty has expired. So I have been trying to flash it using the Phoenix Service suite 2012..24.000.48366 I found never versions of it but can't open the 7-zip files. I have a couple of questions, I have tried it over 50 times I think, a lot of times. At first was getting the DP1.0 DP2.1 error message, I figured out how to fix it. Now Phoenix suite sees the package but I can't go through with it I get another error message. "Getting list of files to be flashed failed: 0x84210010 firmware: flashing files xxxx is not found." I saw on this forum that I need to delete some file to proceed. The problem is that I don't have the option button in my firmware update window. How do I know which file to remove?

Thanks, much appreciated.
