Notes[edit]
- This procedure will not erase any user data from phone.
- Nokia Lumia 800 mobile phone's battery could not be removed to reset the phone this is why this procedure is needed.

Restart procedure[edit]
- Press and hold the power on button for 10 seconds
- The mobile phone's screen will turn black (the phone is off)
- Release the power button
- You can turn on the phone now.
