What causes the problem?

• It could be hardware- and software related problem

Repair instructions

Contact service error could be hardware-, and software-related problem. It is recommended to try to repair the phone software first.

Software error

1. Flash a new software on phone. (MCU + PPM + CNT) In some (rare) cases it could help.

2. Erase the whole flash area, then flash a new software on phone (MCU + PPM + CNT + PM). In some cases it solve the problem. It is recommended for experienced users!

3. Generate and write RPL file.

4. Tested solution: Flash Nokia 6610 firmware on phone. (In this case the phone camera could not be used!)
